Why was the Universe created? Love.
God so loved a creation taking share in and knowing Him, Love, and His marvelous Nature, that He started its Birth. And after some time, He Himself will Incarnate in it and live among Humans.
Love gives Creation purpose. Love made Creation want to become Created, as something existing in the Mind of God.
But Creation also gives Love purpose. It gives Love the chance to give Love, and to receive Love, in all its forms.
Union. Harmony. Potentiality. Life. Warmth. Meaning. Truth.
Creation gives Love something to fight for.
As the famous mystical saying goes:
“Before creation, God was a Hidden Treasure. Therefore, God created creation so that He could be known”.
