The Religion of the Apple

God created a tree with apples in the paradise of eternity, called the tree of life. And God forbade the inhabitants to eat of it. The tree of life does not mean life in the form of eternal life, but this life we live now, with all that it entails.

When the apple is eaten, and it is done with intentions of what one can achieve and live out in this life, one will achieve them. Some come here for status, some for money, friendship and so on and get to experience it that way. So it can be used for both good and bad.

But by eating the apple, and being sent here, you agree to everything that may happen in it. God cannot be held responsible for it because God forbade from the act.

But God is always there, fighting for our cause, behind us and in front of us and at our sides. God protects and fights.

Some come here simply to experience life. Because by dying and returning to the eternal, you can tell the inhabitants of eternity what you have brought with you and learned and experienced.

Then there are those who seek separation from the eternal. For what also separates this life from the eternal, is that it is a break from the eternal. One may need a break for various purposes.

But there are those who choose spiritual purposes. Because God also has a purpose for all of this. What it is, clothes life in a fog. And what that means is that it may have to go through a lot of confusion, destruction, frustration, misunderstanding and suffering to fulfill its purpose and praise. It may be that you do not have time to finish it before your death, but then you will come back again.

Depending on whether you do wrong and how much, you can end up in places like purgatory when you die, to be cleansed of what you have done.

I think this philosophy is solid as it weaves together organized religion, all good things in this life, rebirth, eternal life, and spirituality.
