Virtues such as inclusion, representation, diversity etcetera, are good, but they exist in relation to other virtues as well. It is wrong to take specific virtues and give them blanket unlimited virtuousness that override all others.
It is like baking a cake and following a recipe, where all ingredients represents a virtue. Each different virtue (ingredient) is used to achieve different cakes (outcomes). And if you give one virtue (ingredient) more than what is due, you achieve a different cake that may or may not be of benefit or what is desired. And it is likewise hard to achieve a cake with just one ingredient. But virtues are not literally ingredients so that principle may of course be put aside if reasonable. And a certain cake or dish may not be for everyone either, yet all people need water in some form to live. And some dishes or cakes are more appropriate in some gatherings, or at some parts of the day. So it is interesting to play around with and explore this issue from this perspective in order to understand it better.
